Humankind Grand Opening
Mark your calendars for our grand opening celebration this Saturday! 🎉
Come celebrate with us in our new location, just two doors down from the location we first opened in 2009! We will have snacks, drinks, a raffle with bundles of fun products, and a few other surprises.
While it would be fun to throw a big party, due to the current Delta variant of Covid-19 spreading quickly, we have opted for a more relaxed celebration—one with a lower number of people in the store all together at one time. So please join us from 11 to 3pm for this low-key celebration.
Thank you for making this move possible through your continued support of the store! We are so excited to see you Saturday and from here on out in our bigger location right on the same block of downtown San Luis Obispo we love the most.

This event is intended for ages 18+.

SAVE THE DATE: AACCS Protest
More than 25 organizations have now called on the city council not to move forward with this budget.
But they have no will to cut the number of officers. They have no will to act on meaningful divestment during this budget cycle. So they're moving forward anyway with a budget that continues the trend of sinking millions of dollars into police.
We've made it clear that reform is not the answer. Policing *itself* is the problem, so we need less of it. We need to be transitioning *away* from policing.
So we call upon the city council to amend the budget and take a Strong moral stance on policing this year.
And we will see you at Cheng Park on Friday at 5:30pm!!
